Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit proposals on Upwork for various IT projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and understand project requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate proposals
• Follow up on proposals to ensure conversion
• Achieve project acquisition targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding for IT projects on platforms like Upwork
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
• Proven track record of successful project acquisition

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000/month
• Commission: Fixed, to be decided per project
